The rooms at Hotel Grand Marakand were cozy and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed for my stay. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment after a day of exploring the city. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the hot Samarkand weather.
Personally, I found the lack of kitchenware in the twin room a bit inconvenient. But hey, not everyone likes cooking while on vacation, right?

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Marakand in Uzbekistan. the hotel is family-run and located in a prime spot, just a short walk from Gur I Amir mausoleum and Registan. the breakfast offered a fantastic mix of Uzbek and Russian cuisine, along with unlimited lemon tea and bottled water. Shukrat, our host, was exceptional, serving as our guide and teacher on our road trips to Chor Chinor, Shakrisabz. the hotel felt like home, providing us with a heartwarming and memorable experience.
Our heartfelt thanks to everyone, especially Shukrat. Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

The rooms at Hotel Grand Marakand were absolutely amazing! The quadruple room I stayed in had a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and air conditioning. It felt so cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. Plus, the city view from the room was simply breathtaking!
The one thing I liked less about the room was the lack of kitchenware. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
